only the work culture between the colleagues are good and helpful.

Dislikes

they cant give proper career growth to a young employee who wants to be technically strong. they used them in sales and other non technical activities. working schedules and rules are different for different peoples. poor salary structure, not like MNC companies.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
