Timing and no office only client places

am joined Next Education in 28/04/2021 That time in hiring manager and RM told task are in Chennai regional and surrounding only with bike travel approval, some month's after given other states and other districts support task assigned thats are completed, now almost 2½years survive no increment Still payroll not a on roll Here only 1 leave pre month for sick leave No more paid leave no other benefits Most of the government holidays your told plan to task Some time no task means force to mark leave ( it was unnecessary) Now a days above 60km bike not allowed Given 6 districts support task regularly Most of the school's in remote location no bus and auto transport Every other districts task plan to early travel via bus, Via bus travel I had vomiting issue so most of the time I skip the food it's affecting mental and health Some time plan to app filed marketing it's not relevant to TSE No scope to explore the technology Most of the time sales blaming unnecessary things etc.......Read More

Training will be provided in Head office which is located in Hydrabad. So for training they will be providing hotel rooms for stay untill the training ends. That would be a greatest thing of Next.

Dislikes

The work culture is very poor. Have to take some steps for employees improvement in both the work as well as communication and skills. Have to take care of L1 employees .

Work Details

I worked as Technical support engineer. The work culture was literally horrible. The higher authorities in the organization should look after the L1 level employees also. Have to give same kind of respect to each and every employee of the organization .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
