How much ever efforts you put in or the quality of work you deliver does not matter in this organisation. Under the pretext of "cost cutting" managers fire employees whom they have an issue with. You will be asked to work over-time, extend because "work needs to be done", yet it won't reflect in your pay or appraisal. We made a good team that's feel great while we feelin pressure from the management.

Dislikes

The company doesn't providing any values on the human resources. Some higher people are always playing their politics with the people. Compulsory late night works are there for continuing 6-7 months. And there is no security for female employees too.

Extremely toxic work place filled with incompetent managers judging competent employees. I wouldn't recommend even my enemies (if I had any) to work here at this point of time. This organisation once had great working environment but now it's filled with politics and pessimism. The marketing department and it's manager needs specialrecognition for being the ambassador of narcissism. Zero benefits and zero appreciation for your work. Zero appraisals and there's always a 'budget constraint' card to play at the time of yearly appraisal. They'll make you believe that you're even fortunate to have a job. Termination without giving any notice or reason is something the department heads take pride of. The managers instead of being supportive are authoritative. New ideas and thoughts are a stigma which are better left unsaid. Brainstorming is an individual task, the less the better. Perhaps, this might be the only organisation I know that discourages team efforts amd team bonding. If you and your team members have good camaraderie, some so called managers would be pricked and annoyed by the very thought of it. Nothing much. I only had good and friendly team mates. Nothing to like about company

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security. They follow hire and fire policy. We were made to work like donkeys including Saturday, Sunday and even on festivals, but once the books were sent for printing, we were fired without proper severance package. Even the so called bonus were not paid, which is big hit on our ctc.

I worked here almost 1.8 year . During my tenure there is no training lined from department even manager also don’t know about anything they just keep people on top to watch things. On ground what should be implement.Reality they do not accept they just make fool to their clients. Management has no clarity who will run department. Their top management people fight like cat and dog.
