The Company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,And we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow,The work pressure is very high.Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to travel in the same day for client location & attend the client/boss calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation mails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

I was technical support engineer in that organization but I need to do different jobs, which are entirely different from my field.salary is not bad but career growth is very poor and they offers TA but deducting 2k from our salary

In this organization is not good and at the same time employees are not using proper language. Employee are fallow our own rules and regulations. In here no good cultures. Different cultures is there.

I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day. And managers do not given me value. I do all works at the working hours. In case any clients call are missing secondary time should solve there problem ofter left from the office. I have lot of hopes on the organization. But there is no growth and no improvement. In case we are continue the same organization will lose our proper language and skills.
