Management 3rd class HR 3rd class. your f&f will paid after 6 to 8 month. PF clearance will 10 to 12 month coz of HR don't know pf possess. 0% support after leaving job. Many negative environment are there available.

Good for freshers. They get to work on lot of stuff because there are limited number of developers and too much work.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, too much office politics. You would be asked to come to office every sat sun and you would have to. Ypu will have to dtay in office to work till 11-12 pm irrespective of your gender. Ila who us the ceo looks down upon all the IT people. She wont even sit at the same table in the cafetrria to have lunch with IT employees. Well its nice place for freshers with good learning curve. All team mates are very friendly and you will enjoy their company. You will get exposure to all phases of software development life cycle and also company has good client base. Another benefit is only weekdays working.

There is a bond for freshers which is for 3 years.
