There is nothing they are doing for us .In fact they have not given us the salaries for the month of April,May & June. besides that they have hold on to our incencentives for the whole year and the increments are also held for a full year.

Dislikes

As a company they have no ethics or work culture they behave like a shop owner and we are just sales man. they own us by paying us salary.

Work Details

As the sales manager of the company I have a challenging role to play in the dealership. I manage sales ,report to management on a day to day basis, Take meetings of sales staff and Service meetings, Handle customer query, Manage funds Flow in and out.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
