I like the process and the way they pamper the customers

Dislikes

Nexa is all about the experience to be given to customer as well as quality of sale . But at the same time dealer's are squeezing all the sales team by giving too much of pressure by high number of retail and 70% of all Nexa sales team over India are not satisfied with their jobs.

Work Details

I use to spend good time with all my team as well as customers that helped me a lot to achieve a descent number. But I gained a good experience being with Nexa from the scratch of dealership establishment and faced so many challenges every time initially.
