- No appreciation for work done. - Appraisals were kept on hold and once we ask for it, they'll either demotivate you by putting into PIP or fire from the job. - I've worked in this company for more than 2 years. Got first appraisal post 6 months and after that no appraisal or promotion.

Where do I Start from? The bias of top colleges or Men in the company or that founders didn't treat their team respectfully? You are just an employee number here, where founders fear confrontation and want you to leave on your own. There is strong favouritism that happens in the company. Didn't believe that the company who used to talk about culture became an organisation where there is no appreciation for talent. I realised I didn't learn a thing and was in the worse possible state when I was pushed to leave the company. I hope things get better for the folks there. PS: working for 15 hours a day doesn't make someone great, also it's the duty of the leadership team to actually help and empower people around them, not just play favorites. A word of advice Have more Women in leadership, you know you have gems in your company waiting to be discovered. I really hope that they start taking feedback seriously. Worst leads, failed marketing, too much of fake promises, baised & poor management, AD supported his girlfriend and friends (managers) to grow but not the real revenue generators under the umbrella, even make us work on Sundays, 12 working hours. Never join this organisation.
