There are very few companies who operate as balanced as K12. For one they work very professionally, on the other hand the work culture is friendly. You can opt for more job responsibilities if you want a hike in pay scale and promotions. My manager Sachin Jain have been a delight to work under. He taught be all about how the businesses runs and how we can help people and our company.

Everything is to dislike, you have to do bucketing systems to Zonal head.1b, the problem is they don't have any solution or knowledge in their Head. Jai Decosta sir, we are sorry but you believe in unorganised and knowledge less people's. Women don't have security here. They run school but they also mol.$t women. Zonal Head wants tohere all the Gossip of the branch and Target the employees depends on the favour. Security team doesn't have knowledge of Safety, they show there personal problems.
