1) Tamil politics 2) Blame game culture 3) Clear partiality against non-Tamilians. 4) No actual development work 5) Claim to be a product based when actually not. 6) Fake candidates can join this company and are agile managers 7) Secretary can become a manager if having good relation with management. 8) Non-Tamilians just don't join. 9) Heaven for Tamilians and fake candidates.
