Overall the company environment is good. There are few things where the organization is somewhat different and I would say not flexible at times. But except my team, the working environment and other people seems more interactive & loveable to me.

Dislikes

Just the HR policies are too rigid. Like they don't even think about the employee's personal problems, they just think about the company. Also, the team in which I am working is a mess. I will not point people directly, but the persons who are incharge of the team don't value you idea as well as you work.
