Worst management & HR. The company is not at all employee friendly. It can only torture you and take away your peace of mind. The hierarchy is so pathetic. I had to get my relieving on an urgent basis due to an emergency situation. But the management is so rigid that they don’t even empathise with the employee. Don’t ever join this robotic company which manufactures robots not leaders.

Dislikes

Worst management and HR!! Never join this company. You will regret!! The leave policy is so rigid that they don’t give bonus if you are in loss of pay for few days. The concept of not relieving the employee even when the employee is going through a crisis is pathetic.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
