It's a good organization full of support from seniors. No issue with leave n all. The only thing they ask you to perform better and better. The seniors are very co operative in nature. Job is secured by the way. Salary is a little bit an issue. But you will feel safe here while working. No issue at all.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
