To be honest, for freshers, it is a good start as the freshers pay is higher than average. But technically they don't have a vision, or atleast they don't work towards it. So I don't see a scope. If the higher management is replaced with better people then may be they can thrive.

Almost everything, I have played a senior role there and so you can definitely trust me. They spend more money in outings than hiring good candidates. You basically have to work 24/7, still they aren't happy with your work. On top of it unrealistic deadlines and unreachable goals. So better stay away. During my time at this company, the only truly positive aspect was the incredible colleagues I had the chance to work with. They were supportive, talented, and made the workplace enjoyable.

The management and HR team were highly unprofessional, and our dear Chief Engineer was the worst among them—amateurish and indecisive. His biggest failure was his inability to make even the smallest decisions on his own. Instead, he constantly shifted blame onto employees, frequently ch anging staff to cover up his own mistakes.
