Job Description

A Key Account Manager acts as a bridge between NST by understanding their unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing personalized solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Upselling to existing customers.
Handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account management.
Ensuring delivery excellence by adhering to agreed SLAs and TAT
Increasing the user retention rate and the loan disbursement volume
Developing relationships and collaborating with our banking partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
Developing appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintaining up-to-date competitive information and compiling regional success stories.
Creating a network of relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs of our clients to generate new business.
Collaborating with various internal stakeholders like the Business Development team, Pre-Sales team, and CxO s.
