Team mates were so so but there is no job security in this consulting. No growth, No learning environment, no work life balance. Totally worst place

Poor work environment. U can't even talk to your team mates. Phones got submitted for the whole day. Manager is not good. Director's behavior is worst. Lot's of work. No time to go home. Means disgusting place. Worst experience of my life.

Work Details

I worked here for 6 months and those 6 months are totally worst totally waste. Poor working environment. U can't even talk to ur team mates. You can't even talk a single day leave otherwise they will fired you. Untolarable behavior of manager and director

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

This consultancy boss is very Hippocratic type of person. They are not releasing the salary on time no job security ,all of sudden they are telling people like you can go and no need to come next. There is very unprofessional working culture. While interview they are telling like they 20+ client but have only two Clint.

Dislikes

They are not providing any incentives and working culture is very bad.

Work Details

This is just like BPO . Where you have to call continuously and when candidate get selected they are not disclosing the selections. More over when the time of appraisal Will come they are making some issues and giving the termination.
