If you terminated from oxford university press then you definitely grow yourself. It is highly politics you can't focus your work some higher management loose your job. Ther is no job security. This company made for oxford university press terminated person. They have own lobby. It is not good work culture. If you achive 1 Cr. Sale In financial year then you will get only 1000 increment in salary. It is not worth of you dedication This is highly politics so can not manage you work life balance. Overall experience is not good it is very poor. If your hard worker then don't waste your valuable time of your career. Because there is highly politics.
