There is nothing which can be liked. This college has traumatizing environment. If you don't believe just get into it. I still remember one ex employee of this institute saying to me that " Its very easy to get job here but its traumatizing to get out of here" which is 200% true.

First time i am writing any feedback in my life on public platform. I usually doesnot get affected much from people. but first time I have to write. College environment is full of trauma. If u don't believe in this statement just accept the job offer and see yourself. I took feedback of this college from their ex employees before joining but accepted their job offer, thinking something, and now i am writing this. Starting from HR people (they all are big liers) to co-faculties in the department, all are insane. The faculty who are PhDs in the department misbehave with their non-PhD colleagues. HoD's are extremely rude and all the time they say wicked and bad things for everyone above their position during academics meetings with faculties. The way people (old faculties) speak to other, play games for defaming others is devastating. If you like teaching, you cannot do that as students are completely ill mannered , not at all interested in class as college is autonomous (don't know how VTU gives autonomous tag to such institutes). Faculties are forced to give marks to students to make them pass. Employees from HR, Accounts, HoD's ,other department faculties.....and many more... doesn't even know how to talk to other faculties.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> The last thing is that they keep all your 3-month salary (for teaching faculties) with them without even providing salary slips if you leave before completing 3 semesters</mark>. In this institute, people leave very frequently That is why you can observe that there will be vacancies in every department every now and then. Just I would say, I couldn't save myself from getting into their trap but please save yourself undergoing a bad experience by joining their college. Salary gets credited on or before 10th of every month without fail.

If you do not attend every function of the college, it is considered as Loss of Pay, even for a genuine reason. Employee can be fired on spot without any prior notice. One major thing, even though you are non teaching staff you cannot resign any time. If you do you have to pay them back the salary you have worked hard for</mark>. It means even though you have worked for 3 months after the last date for resignation, and notice period is 2 months, you have to repay them 3 months salary back to them or else they won't give you service letter or relieving letter....Read More

No respect for faculty. Management has the hire and fire policy, and changes staff at whim. The unscientific student feedback is given the most importance and faculty are fired for even a small complaint by students without verifying the facts. Staff are forced to come on holidays also. Hectic. Spies everywhere to report to chairman, micro management about who goes two minutes late to class, who leave class two minutes early, silly rules which has nothing to do with improvement of college, students or staff
