There is nothing which can be liked. This college has traumatizing environment. If you don't believe just get into it. I still remember one ex employee of this institute saying to me that " Its very easy to get job here but its traumatizing to get out of here" which is 200% true.

...aculties.....and many more... doesn't even know how to talk to other faculties. The last thing is that they keep all your 3-month salary (for teaching faculties) with them without even providing salary slips if you leave before completing 3 semesters. In this institute, people leave very frequently That is why you can observe that there will be vacancies in every department every now and then. Just I would say, I couldn't save myself from getting into their trap but please save yourself undergoing a bad experience by joining their college. You will feel like choking environment.

Work was good, enjoyed working there.

...s can't resign when they want, to put resignation we have to ask date with HRs. If we want to relive immediately we have to pay 2 months salary to get our original certificates and then leave, which is for some extent is fine, but here you need to pay your hike and increment from the month you received the hike. Example: If you received hike in the month of Aug. and you leave in the month of Dec. then you have to pay the hike of 6 months all together including 2 months salary. What is the point of working hard and considering the organization as your own company where you have to pay back the hike amount. Hike is the reward you get for your hard work and dedication but here you need to give everything and leave, what is the point of working hard? Don't give your 100% if you're still working there cuz when you leave they're gonna treat you really bad. You have to sell your everything to leave from that company if you have emergency.

Salary gets credited on or before 10th of every month without fail.

... major thing, even though you are non teaching staff you cannot resign any time. If you do you have to pay them back the salary you have worked hard for. It means even though you have worked for 3 months after the last date for resignation, and notice period is 2 months, you have to repay them 3 months salary back to them or else they won't give you service letter or relieving letter.

All listed above. Businessmen with absolutely no knowledge of education are running educational institutions just like they run their companies, expecting Rs.1000 tomorrow by investing Rs.10 today
