I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

NOTHING TO LIKE IN NEW HEIGHTS SCHOOL HARDOI.

Very bad behaviour of Principal ( Vinita Dhakkan) and Director ( shivam kapoor and his wife Nami Jain) towards teachers. School collected original documents and one month salary as security money before joining the school but security money not credited after leaving school. they collected full fee from parents in lockdown but credit to the teachers 50% only. Many teachers informed to DM Office regaring salary but not credited till now. Teachers are changing this school very frequently. Parents are taking T.C and moving in other schools like as Jaipuria school. school hiring non trained teachers like as Principal ( Vinita) who was a primary teacher in SEHWAG SCHOOL GURGAON.
