Great experience working with neuberg. Good work environment and my teammates n juniors are very supportive and the management is also good.

Dislikes

Company appraisals are not fair, salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no job security, it's a worst point of neuberg.

A Toxic Workplace with Poor Leadership My experience working as a Marketing Head at Neuberg Diagnostics India was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to the toxic work culture fostered by senior management. Incompetent Leadership: The CEO, Aishwarya Vasudevan, demonstrated little understanding of marketing or branding. Despite her lack of expertise, she would frequently solicit my ideas only to present them as her own to the Managing Director. To make matters worse, she would threaten me outside meetings to remain silent, ensuring she received all the credit. Terrible Management Practices: The VP of Marketing, who was brought in by the company, lacked modern marketing knowledge and managerial skills. His outdated approach often made tasks unnecessarily difficult. Despite my repeated efforts to educate him on effective marketing strategies, he failed to grasp even basic concepts, leaving me to carry the workload while he imposed nonsensical tasks. Inefficiency and Micromanagement: The company’s daily operations were bogged down by unnecessary meetings. Each day involved four hours of meetings and three hours of preparing redundant presentations, leaving barely an hour for actual work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The constant focus on "performance reviews" created an unproductive and hostile environment</mark>. Broken Promises and Lack of Support: HR made false commitments about providing accommodation support. Finding a place to stay in Chennai is challenging, and I ended up spending ₹50,000 per month from my own pocket due to their lack of assistance. Overall, Neuberg Diagnostics is a place where talent is overshadowed by politics, inefficiency, and poor leadership.
