Nothing i,s there to be liked. Initially they hired you on the payroll of Network18, later they moved to another subsidiary company so you can not prove your exact employment duration nor does your PF account match.

Dislikes

Worst people, poor HR people, you can not call to HR for any queries even if there is an emergency. During the Appraisal time they put you into PIP so that you can request to just retain without any appraisal. Overall you are limited to your manager. Your manager can control you in any way similar to EY incidents.

Nothing, new management has completely changed this company now. This company is a living hell, no appraisal but they just make you work like donkeys.

Dislikes

Everything currently, I have worked on countless projects without saying no a single time but they have never appreciated my efforts. They have made sure I don't get an appraisal and they're planning to lay me off because I have raised my voice against them. Please stay away from this company.

super toxic work culture. I worked for 15-16 hours a day . I am not lying. Seniors are super weird and do a lot of lame things. there is a guy named tandon. He was super toxic and used to make fun of employees infront of his chaatu employees. Luckily I was not in his team
