Work culture is good but job security is not there even in carona time they fire people's. Policies are just like instant noodle can change any time in the favour of management,no envolvement of employees while structuring the policies. If you want Work life balance just chose other options they are not good in Work life balance , HR :-I WANT TO SPECIALLY mention hr of this company act like they are god not even replying on your mails and having so much attitude but on the work front they are doing nothing much....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
