The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

Dislikes

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.

The working experience in this kind of company worst specially the Supervisor’s behavior just awfull the new manager gaurav duggal was the horrible person i ever seen he literally miss use his position and one of the TL arijit roy the most worst and unsupportive person he only guide those members who really well known how to oiling him.. Totally toxic atmosphere

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
