I haven't got a hike in terms of designation and salary remuneration which any resource expects while switching job from a different organization where I had worked for 4.5years.

The culture is not apt for ambitious people. It is very laid-back. Growth opportunities are rare.

When I started working in Netscribes, the best thing I loved about it was the first level management team. The approachable attitude and the flat organisational structure might be a positive.

Dislikes

The middle level management is worst you can find around the industry. Also, the approach towards work is not good and you will always find people passing on the buck instead of taking ownership. The salary offered is way below the industry standards and you will be expected to work for 11-12 hours a day even though you are done with your 9 hours of a day.

I am from the PMR division of Netscribes where my responsibilities include leading a team a team of research associates, performing quality checks and processing raw data into reports and handling multiple projects involving primary research.

Work environment, opportunities to learn and work in various project, availability of work from home as per requirement

Dislikes

Poor judgement on appraisals, always changing company policies, not an employee centric organization, poor growth of CTC especially in ecommerce dept. Less job security. No home drop facilities for women who have late working hours. HRs are not supportive in many scenarios, poor tech support.
