The worst management i had ever seen in my career. They will trap you by projecting that they had good projects in hand. @ unlike projects related to sensors. I joined in this organization like any other common guy. They took me interview on testing but they started asking me to work in coding aspects which is out of my box. They forced me to quit the job # they started harrasing me if i wont quit the job they will keep my name on black list. I wont comment on company. But management are all under same box. I worked previously in qualcomm for 6 years as a contract employee. I quit the job there as the management of netradyne had promised me to give the similar job role in netradyne. But the exact reciprocal thing happened after recruiting me. From the 2nd month they started their real foul play. They even haven't given me proper time to learn. The company hired some stupid managers, sales enablement manager and a director. Post which these people started their own internal politics because of which SDR India team faced a lost in relation with US team, rather than just kicking them out company choose to layoff the entire SDR India operations. How is that justified?

Work life balance. Work is there but you have to plan and have a practical timeline set, then work as per the set plan. Management is good, accomodating and understanding. Luckily I got good supervisor too. Food are free and excellent. You will be getting periodic goodies other than salaries, bonuses and perks. Over all don't hesitate to join, if you got the offer.

Its not actually dislike, it's like when this company will go public, training and certification are other area where org should allow PPL to go for funded certifications in evolving techs. However, lately management is thinking seriously on these aspects.
