You can get to learn some things but only if you are willing to.

Dislikes

No employee benefits or appreciations. The management is highly partial. If the seniors of the team dislike you, they will do every possible thing to degrade your performance intentionally. Also, there are very few leaves and almost negligible entertainment events for the employees.

Company work culture is pretty good, people over here are nice and the overall work load is pretty nicely managed

Dislikes

There seems to be no growth in this company and the are so many polices to prevent you from taking any offs. There's no incentives or no good sources of extra income.

A best place to see yourself with a best opportunity and the staff which make you comfortable to work efficiently and effectively. Atmosphere which promotes you to groom youself for a upcoming tackles.

Downsides of this company also can be called as opportunity for someone because its gives a way of earning with your studies also by their rotational shifts.

The thing which I love the most about this company is that the staff, seniors and colleagues all are very supportive and friendly. Management is also always ready to listen their employees.

The problem of management is a big challenge here. In this company manager and HR do not listen to any employees. Employees are discriminated against and do not speak at all during interview
