You can get to learn some things but only if you are willing to.

No employee benefits or appreciations. The management is highly partial. If the seniors of the team dislike you, they will do every possible thing to degrade your performance intentionally. Also, there are very few leaves and almost negligible entertainment events for the employees.

Company work culture is pretty good, people over here are nice and the overall work load is pretty nicely managed

There seems to be no growth in this company and the are so many polices to prevent you from taking any offs. There's no incentives or no good sources of extra income.
