The Role The variability of my job is what gets me up in the morning. Being a Function Head, a Technical Architect and a Project Manager on projects allow me to scale myself in a range of skills. The trust shown by my boss (COO) helps immensely in executing my role and also keep learning new skills. The Fun Month-end Hungama, Quizzes, Games and many other things allows to keep the fun alive in difficult times. Our team monthly meet-ups are also pivotal in keeping engagement as well as personal connect during these times. When we were working from office, Gym, the TT table, the Yoga instructor, the Nutritionist, the Bhangra teacher were all aspects we use to look forward to for fun activities. The Responsibility I cherish how my boss constantly shows her trust in all of us and provides never ending support.
