There is noting for like , they are just dealers who deal for employees for another client companies

They hire candidate with false statements , and handover to clients , for high work load and pressure, they are just dealers which take commission from clients for their employees, No job security fake promises fake statements by requiter team and fake statements by hr team assign a client after that another client then this going again and again if client project is ended you are fired false statement during joining and after that send another documents for you have to pay that , you have to do that according to me its a dealers company which hire for clients on commission basis only...Read More

I was working for a client and as committed by Netconnect they had given me a better opportunity to enhance my skills.

As I were working for a client from Netconnect interaction is less. I feel they could have interact with me as their staff. There is no bonus policy.

I did not like this organisation.This company has trend of going in wrongful and forcefully Termination. One more thing they did not give me first month of salary, they mentioned client not yet started Billing so we can't give you salary.I asked my client to hire me through other vendor.

This is one of the worst company to work, they have tie up with some big companies but this company image is not good with big companies, so if you join this company you loose your respect and life, and this company delay the salary, there is no job guarantee, I had very tough time with this company, please think before you join this kind of crap companies.
