Very Good Working environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is good. Office is very huge and lights up like diwali everyday. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Nestle India ltd company is good but people who work on payroll of Nestle very terrible.. Actually they doesn't know the work standard of Corporate level. In this particular company Admin dept of Mumbai is very FALTU.. Because whenever they want they keep employees and whenever they want they ask employee to leave the job.. N Whenever means when they have to appoint their own family members. These all things happen with Off role / 3rd party payroll peoples only. When they ask me to leave job reason was Mrs Selma Gomes from Admin give wrong and liar feedback of me to everyone from senior authority. She were creating everyday new things which she was doing on wrong way... N giving blame to me.. Company people are very RUDE, ARROGANT, NEGATIVE MARKERS... Because of them Company review is very bad......Read More

Mumbai Nestle Office Senior Level people , admin Dept and specially Mrs Selma Homes and their political mind.. Which they used to harreses people who work for them. It's very disgusting.. This people do drama front of their Seniors such as Mr Ravi Ramchandra Mr Suresh Narayanan..etc. how they good in their job. But you know their and Specially Mrs Selma work standard that still I am receiving such office information details which overall control in her hand.. I really want to talk that most person who is handling or operating such type of company and specially Mumbai branch..but not branch controller because they all dance on Mrs Selma's song which she sing......Read More
