Team mates are good but no proper training and no job security as the management can ask you to leave any time with giving some nonsense reason, there is no career growth as the management will be shifting from one team to another and you will not get chance to grow, Dont expect a decent appraisal, more politics between teams, no learning, work environment is good, no innovation, same old techniques on how to extract the employees complete energy, no work life balance as there is no log out time, management can ask you extend every day without any overtime paid.
