Likes

Employees are good. Work environment is comparatively good but the working culture is bit pathetic

Dislikes

No communication at all for what so ever the reason it is. No interest of higher management towards employee growth. The company is pretty fine with leaving the company for any of the reason.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
