Adequate work life balance for all employees Good team bonding with peer employees who suffer same mental torture with poor hike and low salary.

1. The company pay way less than market standards 2. Hikes per every year are hardly 2-8% depending on your HRs decision no matter how hard you work 3. Promotion are not based on how hard you work. 4. No credits or benefits for loyal members I have worked here for almost 5 years and I have received " Exceeds Expectations" Managerial rating still they have not given me any satisfactory hikes or benefits 5. I resigned the company inspite asking HR for better competative salary and HR hold the decision for almost an year and 3 months still I only got 9% hike. 6. No external benefits like free meals, snacks, wellness programs, or internet reimbursement. 7. Recently mass layoff of almost 400 employees happened in 2023-2024 . 8. People who are from Lucknow and other parts of India takes longer WFH and people around Kerala always have to test the things done by them. Company never treats employees alike 9. The BAS team is overseen by an individuals named Pratish, who lacks adequate knowledge and expertise in the domain and project.The consistent losses inquired by this department can be attributed to his poor decision making. Furthermore his undisclosed association with HR business partner has led to recruitement of the personal with personal interest rather than merit or professional qualification. This practise has significantly comprimised the teams effectiveness and overall performance. Furthermore The HR department fires employees(freshers/experienced) without justifiable reason all under influence of this guy. I'm working in Npss in BAS unit. I have terrible experience working here. They will make you frustrated. The team leads, dev lead and managers are very rude and unfriendly. They will make you work 24/7. There is no helping or care from the team members. No work life balance. Please do not join Nest Digital/ Npss unit in Nest Digital. Very toxic company.
