Horrible experience. No proper training provided. The trainning provided by both trainers for same topic were totally opposite to each other. Offer letter was given on a blank Ms word file, company letterhead was not used. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days. Deduction from salary for plagiarism and also for not meeting the word count. Salary promised becomes half due to these issues....Read More

Only thing company provides a well cleaned bathroom

Did not understand what was my ongoing training! TLs are incapable and lack of knowledge in the subject. They did not help you to understand any topic or anything, Sometimes they mislead us on the topic and sometimes will forward it to seniors. Never understand the meaning of team lead here. But when comes to word count deduction they become pro-active. Don't try to whisper here, entire floor has ear.
