They'll provide you with good training on various styles of writing.

Dislikes

No job security. They'll fire you without paying a penny. No work life balance. Forget about Sunday and holidays or day offs in general. You'll be working all day and sometimes even nights. Lack of communication and guidance. They'll refuse to communicate with you and put you on hold till it's too late for you and then they'll hold you accountable for mistakes that they didn't address. Salary. Not upto the mark. If you even get any that is. You're not allowed to have Internet issues. Nothing there is nothing to like about this company trainees are good and friendly but the team leaders managers even the HRs are horrible in understanding their employee's priorities and situations.

Dislikes

Everything. Once a person enters this orgaization will understand what dies office politics mean what does partiality mean. The manager Prieombrata and the ATLs and the TLs keep constant pressure on the writers only the first 1 month of joining in the team feels good after that the reality comes in play . Please avoid companies like this if your don't want your self-esteem to be shaken.

During my two years at this company, I've come to appreciate one thing - the regular crediting of the salary on the 7th of every month. This consistency has been a reliable and valuable aspect of working here.

I have negative feelings about almost everything in this job. The system and benefits are not proper, and there is a lot of office politics and drama happening around 10 times a month. Your boss is also your reporting manager and team leader, which gives them the power to do whatever they want, including bullying, mocking, insulting, and denying things (gaslighting). Sometimes, it feels more like a drama stage than an office. There are also no benefits to working here; the salary, appraisals, and learning opportunities are all unfair. Offer letter was given on a blank Ms word file, company letterhead was not used. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days. They did not help you to understand any topic or anything, Sometimes they mislead us on the topic and sometimes will forward it to seniors. Never understand the meaning of team lead here.
