The Nephroplus company mimics like a mnc or corporate company. But doesnt have working style like other companies. They will be having a good number of HR people but very much interested to secure the company rather than an employee. They will play HR games , which costs the employee leave the company if they don't want to raise thesalary. No increments. No incentives.if company gives a small gift for employees HR people will steal that and won't give to employes.no extra pay or extra leave for doctors , if they do work for extra hours. As.It is a health care provider but doesnt care doctors and disrespects Doctors with lowest pay and sometimes abusing words by non medical persons. As they consider themselves as a life savers. Dislikes

People who are in charge of the company are not at all a doctors. They just think about the revenue. They won't let the service providers like Doctors and technicians to grow up. Cunning plans will be executed by HR department people to avoid bonus or increments. Simply blames the employee for every simple reasons. Even they don't spare duty doctors also.

Work Details

Worst experience for a experienced doctor. They will not have freedom to treat. They will be overlapped by other consultant doctors coming from other hospital tie up with the company. This is, a company which is worst in nature.Other than providing care

They will not give any of the above benefits. Some times they will give a below 100rs worth gifts like a pen or a key chain etc. Company will not giving any of the benefits even health insurance.
