Dont know where to start on leaving - when you leave this company,make sure you get all your important document like your relieving letter , experience and Fnf. They have a bad habit of not providing these properly which can harm your career, They only want to ruin your career if you leaving this organisation. They practice harsh micro-management .if you are sick or have an emergency at home they dont care, their clients treats employee better than they do. They only know how to exploit their employee and lack basic manners. They don't treat women with respect. This company has dedicated team to creating fake positive reviews. These reviews are meant to mislead people into thinking company is good. Dont judge the company based on these fake reviews. if you want to understand what the company is really like, visit them yourself and look closely at their policies...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
