I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . So same happens with me they are spoiling many people carreer, they don't even have any emotions....Read More

I have not seen anyone happy with his job all are afraid that one day my job will be taken from them in this type of environment u will not able to work and not able to crack any client interview. GUYS THINK LAKHS OF TIME TO JOIN THIS ORGANISATION, IT FOLLOW STRONG HIRE AND FIRE POLICY
