Nothing. R&d head is totally mental. He don't know how to handle department. Worst person in my 7 year industrial experience. He just comes in office to humiliate his team members and try to reduce his frustration. No support from Hr department and management. R&d HODs job is just passing personal cmnt on team member and team members family .No technical support. Hr department is totally Handicapped. They don't know their responsibility..Hr policy changes person to person....Read More

Nothing to like. Everything is Bakwas. Zero seafty.R&d HODs is totally uneducated. He don't know how to talk. Just passing Rubbish comments on team member and their family members. Dead Hr department and dead Management. Zero job security. Every day my HOD is tourchring me and after every conversation he say I will terminate you. Totally unprofessional management.
