Company is having lot of politics. Department head is doing lot of politics in the company. Employees are getting pressurised by the management to work for more than 9 hours a day. Salary hike is also low. Senior managers is not supportive and does politics within a team

Toxic culture of the company, some senior employees manipulate their juniors for their personal gain, really terrifying place to work, no employee friendly atmosphere at all, cannot complain about seniors harrassing you they will ask you about your 'pain point ' as if 'harrasment' words is not enough.

I have been working at NeML for sometime now, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. Food Is Subsidized but quality of food is not good other than nothing too like
Seniors are not good like VPs and CTO because of them development and each team suffering a lot they are treating employees like contract workers their primary focus is to get work done irrespective of employee condition making them work day and night also worst part is Saturday also working. They fool employees by talking nice in front of them and then make them work they just want there name to be glorify teams are suffering a lot but unable to do anything. this worst CTO using employee money to go for trips with team leads and VPs. never join this organisation. seniors are very nice in front but very bad when in reality they just hide it. Tip: Company is not at good financial state, also terminating few employees also everyone wants to leave this organisation as soon as possible but lack of skills and opportunities they are stuck here and long working hours no WFH making it impossible to switch....Read More

Everything is bad except very few colleagues HR are worst they spend all money on themselves HR with 3 experience getting more salary than senior developer No supportive environment only boss culture As seen the upper management is worst especially CTO as seen he himself doesn't know anything and just shares posts on WhatsApp group,doesn't allow WFH or hybrid as if the organisation is big 4 level or the organisation thinking that they are providing world class facilities which no other organisation are providing, they need to know this that WFH is lot more beneficial he has took approval for WFH to himself rather than team lead seriously in which organisation does CTO approves wfh request this is ridiculous he is just too much into promoting toxic work culture of this is the thing already talented individuals are leaving the organisation as too be honest as an employee we get to know what everyone is thinking and no one likes to work here due to this type of culture of not supportive and extreme work load, not proper management of team, extreme stress , still not wfh as atleast in a week we will get time to see our family members this guys don't have normal sense that even big companies are allowing it and if employees are happy to do wfh or hybrid for some time what's the issue. We are already not getting market standard salary atleast let us have the home made food for some days in month. Need to change the CTO whoever has took this decision to not allowing WFH. And suggestions for new joinees stay away from this organisation forever try for another Company even for less salary this organisation is not worth it they only hiring interns extreme level of cost cutting....Read More
