Work environment, management, promotion, appraisal. Nemko is testing lab and in lab area Nemko position is starting from back side Nemko is hiring the employee from another labs with buy back option or less notice period. But if Nemko employee resigning MD and HR not accepting the resignation and if accepting then writting on mail that you can't join other lab and we will monitor next 3 months after that we provide the experience letter. Such a disgusting company,how this management decide about employees career. Here MD is got this position behalf of his brother.
