Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. During covid-19 lockdown, we are working from home that is a good thing about nelito.

Dislikes

During lockdown, we have to work on weekend also. Sometimes we even have to work on holidays. Instead of increment, we got 5% decrement this year. Even if you work for late night, no one is going to appreciate your efforts.

Nothing its Employee outsourcing company you will deployed at one of IT top company and then to client location. In my case Its like I am on payroll of Nelito system and working for TCS and though TCS I was working for Axis bank.

There is no management for you to discuss any issue Nelito just deploy you and you need to take care of all. poor facilities
