Working atmosphere is good. Director cooperation is sufficient and employees cooperation is satisfactory.

Dislikes

It is at third floor and most of the time lift is not proper functioning. Also when there is change in scheduled class then also teacher and student suffer a bit. Basically salary is dependent on the fee collection as there is there is division of fee in 70:30 ratio. 70%is teachers payment and 30% of institute. Also the route to reach is too busy so have some extra time to reach there on time.

Its good and sometimes dramatic

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
