The work culture is downright unbearable. They make you sit till late like almost till 12-midnight. Despite putting in so much effort, there's been no compensation or bonuses. Sharing this sentiment on behalf of many, not just myself! Most of the employees are forced to resign in a single day. Owners don't have money to pay bonusesand salaries.
