No such work pressure as they don't have any work with them.

Dislikes

Lack of vision and wisdom has ruined this company. No management approach, no culture and no work in hand. Negative balance sheet...salary is delayed every month and reimbursements are nit paid for months. Vendors keep on chasing for money.

There is no genuine approach to grow as a company and hence no individual growth. Company is full of cheaters and unethical employees.

Dislikes

No vision, no clarity, no decision making. Everyone is ringing his own bell without any empathy or respect. This is just a low level lala company with just handful of under educated people.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
