At present I am working in a TPM , IATF certified company in SIDCUL, Rudrapur. I joined there as a fresher,engineer trainee. I worked there in maintenance dept. for 1 yr 3 months.As I was new to this field , it was a good experience. Learning about basics of electrical and mechanical engineering was an eye opener. Did not get to know much about hydraulics and pneumatic section , but it was ok. Company has Plastic Injection molding, CNC, mig welding and washing machine Assembly line. Learned basics of utility, molding and assembly section. Working in maintenance was fun as we had to deal with big mamoth machines till 1800T molding machines. Our small team comprising of 10 person doing extremely good under the guidance of HOD and highly talented senior Engineer. Payment(salary) is an issue there which I really didn't like.
