At present I am working in a TPM , IATF certified company in SIDCUL, Rudrapur. I joined there as a fresher,engineer trainee. I worked there in maintenance dept. for 1 yr 3 months.As I was new to this field , it was a good experience. Learning about basics of electrical and mechanical engineering was an eye opener. Did not get to know much about hydraulics and pneumatic section , but it was ok. Company has Plastic Injection molding, CNC, mig welding and washing machine Assembly line. Learned basics of utility, molding and assembly section. Working in maintenance was fun as we had to deal with big mamoth machines till 1800T molding machines. Our small team comprising of 10 person doing extremely good under the guidance of HOD and highly talented senior Engineer. Payment(salary) is an issue there which I really didn't like. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
