Company is best to their customer's employee who are in purchase or influence purchase as they pay them hefty bribe to eliminate competition. This is one of the worst company of India for emplyees & vendors in terms of working culture, ethics, payment to employees, reimbursement of expenses, deposition of Statutory deductions like PF, TDS, Gratuity & other deduction like Medical, Bonus, LTA. None of the vendor give them on credit as once credit is given than forget about your money till they need you again. Their MD talks to customer as elibi (in name of Sanjay Agrawal- Head Commercial). He does not know how to speak to employees & even one time customers, always use slangs (MC, BC) & also double meaning words specially with women staff. Every month 4-5 employee joins & resign. They offer higer salary w.r.t previous organization but actual realization is always 25-30% less less as they never settle account, salary after last paid salary, deductions done ( statutory / flexible) & never give any releiving letter. Yours statuatory & other deductions are never deposited & paid. Salary is paid 1-2 months delays to employees to whom company wanted to work else they do not pay nor ask for resignation for months. It is like working in a hell. Every days their vendors are doing MC / BC or giving threating calls who ever picks the call as MD never respond on. All department & officials are only puppet. Suggest never join this company & better compromise in salary & work with other organization....Read More

I dislike everything. All powers are with MD (who some time poses himself as Sanjay Agrawal - Commercial Head, when speak on phone to customers / dealers) . Their is no delegation even to hightest level employee. MD wants that his employees should work minimum 11-12 Hours a day excluding travel time. He keeps on demanding unnecessayreports in various format & keep changing formats every week just to keep work pressure.
