Likes

The best benefit one can get working with NEC is job security. I've not seen people being fired unless they have done anything really serious. The management is also supportive and environment is really good and welcoming.

Dislikes

I think the thing that can be improved is salary structure. It's not at all employee friendly. Also there's a component monthly retention bonus which is 10% of ur gross package. You have return it back when leaving the company.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello! I am a software engineer with 2.4 years of experience in Java. I have not particularly worked on Spring boot and ReactJs, but I am currently developing a project which integrates both of them.
